We have combined experience of 32 years of antique collecting, estate sorting, organizing, cleaning and liquidating items.

Working for both private and non-profit organizations, we have compassion and understanding when working with others while they are going through transitional times.  We take care of the sale and liquidation of the personal belongings so you can focus on what is really important; your family and loved ones. We are both married and have raised our families here in Spokane for over 30 years. We start by having an initial consultation with you. We want this period in your life to be as easy and profitable as possible. We truly respect your individual situation, and we ensure your estate and personal property are treated with utmost care.

We handle the pricing of all items . With our personal expertise, combined with our hard work ethics, we will work hard to get you top dollar for your belongings.

We will market the sale on multiple internet resources. Your sale will be well publicized, ringing in antique dealers to others just on a daily drive. Our signs will be many and noticed by everyone. This will make your sale one fun and profitable time.

We take a small percentage of the profit of the sale. This percentage varies depending on the estate and our labor needed to prepare the sale. This will be determined at the initial consultation. There will be no money surprises to you after the sale.
