Red Bubble Glass
Red Bubble Glass is from the Anchor Hocking Glass Company, which was founded in 1905 in the Ohio River Valley and from 1937-1983 was known as Oneida, the oldest glass manufacturing company in the United States. This glassware, a form of Depression Glass, brought a little Cheer into the dreary times of the late 1920’s through the 1940’s.
This molded glass came in beautiful colors and patterns to suit every taste. However, it was relatively low in quality.
Today it brings joy to those of us that own some form of this beautiful glass. Collecting is an intriguing hobby that makes history come alive again as it brightens our homes with a glow just as it did back in the day.
